HOW DO I

Get a Library Card

Lincoln County residents may apply for a free library card by presenting a valid driver’s license or photo ID issued by a state or federal agency.  Parent or legal guardian must complete and sign this application for children, under the age of 18.

If you are interested in getting a library card please click the download button below for a printable application.  Once you have your application completed, you can turn it in to your local Library Branch.
