Every  May and November we hold a great book sale.  Many people donate books that help us make our sale successful.

Donating Books

Please help! We rely on donations for all the books we sell, and we need a fresh round of donations for each semi-annual sale because we do not hold books over between sales!

Accepted Items

We gladly take donations of books, LPs, CDs, DVDs, video tapes, puzzles and games. All items must be clean, dry, in good condition with covers, and mold-free.

We do not accept: Reader’s Digest Condensed Books; Law case, statute, and regulation books; AAA Travel Guides except the current year; National Geographics. We do accept certain magazines. Please call in advance to find out whether we accept what you have.

We accept encyclopedias only if published before 1940 or after 1980. We do not accept encyclopedia year books. We do accept any children’s encyclopedias.

Unaccepted Items

We cannot accept items that are unhealthy to handle or unlikely ever to sell: moldy books, books missing covers, most magazines, most encyclopedias, etc.
