2011 Library Endowment Fund Tops $300,000
Thank you to everyone who responded to our annual fundraising letter for the Endowment Fund. At the beginning of this year’s fundraising campaign, the endowment total was $264,263. Today the total for the Endowment Fund stands at $304,786.
The potential for growth of the endowment continues. All dollars donated to the Endowment Fund from now through June 30, 2013, will be matched 2 to 1 by the state. That means if you donate $100, it will be matched with $200 and a total of $300 will be added to the endowment.
Your tax deductible donation is a great investment in education and lifelong learning in the communities served by Lincoln County libraries. To donate online, click on “Foundation” at the top of the page and scroll down to the “donate” button, or mail your check to Lincoln County Library Foundation, 519 Emerald Street, Kemmerer, WY 83101.
